Common questions

How far in advance should I book? +

For weddings, 6–12 months is ideal — popular dates fill up fast. For other events, 4–8 weeks is usually plenty. That said, reach out and we'll tell you honestly if we're available.

What's your deposit and payment policy? +

We require a 30% deposit to hold your date, with the balance due two weeks before your event. Everything is handled securely through your client portal — no checks to mail or cash to carry.

Can I give you a specific playlist or must-plays? +

Absolutely — that's what the music portal is for. You can build a request list, a do-not-play list, connect a Spotify inspiration playlist, and tell us exactly how you want the night to feel. We use it as a guide, not a script.

Do you have backup equipment? +

Yes. We bring backup gear to every event. Your night doesn't stop because of a technical hiccup.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

Life happens. Rescheduling within 6 months is free, subject to availability. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Full details are in your contract.
